Every active generator registered for Fuels Certificates: ID, facility name, thermal resource, ownership, county, state or province, year online, and program eligibility.

What to know about this data
Generators
- A generator eligible for several programs is shown as Multiple programs. It is not counted under each program, so that chart totals the register exactly. To see every generator qualifying under one program, filter by it: the filter reads the full list, not the grouping.
- A generator has two dates, and they are not the same. Year online is when the facility began operating; first year in registry is when it became active in this registry.
- Thermal resource is the registry's own field, reported as the generator reports it. A generator reporting more than one resource is shown as Multiple resources and counted once, so the chart totals the register exactly. To see every generator reporting a particular resource, read the register table, which lists each one a generator reports. Non-renewable additives are not a thermal resource and are not part of this field; they have their own column in the CSV. The 31 August extract does not carry that field, so it reads Not reported rather than No: a column the registry has stopped exporting is not the same thing as a generator using no additives.
Organizations
- The total counts account holders, not firms. The registry reports a count for each combination of organization type and account type, and this page adds those counts up. An organization holding two kinds of account is counted under each, so 173 is a number of account holdings and may be larger than the number of distinct organizations.
