Earlier this winter, we completed a major upgrade to your customer support experience: we’ve officially moved from Zendesk (old) to Help Scout (new)!
As always, please send any customer service emails to [email protected]. If you aren’t receiving a timely response, please double-check that your email tool is not auto-completing to use an old @zendesk email address.
The new Help Scout customer service software—available via [email protected]—helps us deliver streamlined responses, so getting help should feel smoother from start to finish.
