Subscribing to CleanCounts is straightforward. Here is what to expect, whether you are subscribing your organization or registering a generator.
Subscribe your organization.
The process to subscribe your organization to CleanCounts is straightforward. The steps below walk you through creating a CleanCounts account. Our client services team is available to assist at any point along the way.
Choose your subscription
Review the Electricity Registry and Fuels Registry pricing pages to identify the subscription type that fits your organization.
Submit your request
Email SystemAdmin@cleancounts.org to begin your subscription. A member of our client services team will guide you from there.
Complete identity verification
Every organization completes identity screening and verification through Plaid before it can transact.
Get approved and set up
Once approved, your organization administrator receives an invitation to log in, can create additional user accounts, and can begin registering generators.
Register your generator.
If your organization already holds a subscription, log in to register a new generator. If you are not yet subscribed, contact us to begin a generator subscription alongside your organization subscription. Required documentation, such as Schedule A and proof of ownership, is available in the Document Library.
Certificates can be issued as often as monthly once your generation data has been reported.
