On the electricity side, CleanCounts is the designated registry of record for Minnesota and Wisconsin, and through our software relationships our platform serves all western state renewable portfolio standard (RPS) markets, including Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, and New Mexico. On the fuels side, compliance programs in Washington, Oregon, and California designate CleanCounts as the default registry to serve their programs. Program administrators hold no-cost oversight subscriptions scoped to their programs.

Voluntary buyers nationwide, from corporate energy purchasers to green pricing programs and Green-e Energy certified sales, retire certificates through CleanCounts to make claims that stand up.
